Governing Law and Contract Formation

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. THE TERMS IN THIS SECTION CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN “Anu Green” AND YOU FOR THE SALE OF PRODUCTS BY "Anu Green" TO YOU. BY ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

No contract will subsist between you and "Anu Green " for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until "Anu Green " accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time "Anu Green " sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and you and "Anu Green " irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

If any part of these terms and conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable in any country, or jurisdiction, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions. "Anu Green" may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting.

Complaints Procedure 

"Anu Green" takes its relationships with customers very seriously. We aim to reply to emails within one working day of receipt. Please feel free to call us on 01608 819071 (+44 1608 819071 when calling from outside the UK) and a member of our team will be happy to assist.

Returns Policy

For a “goodwill” refund or exchange (ie where there is no legal right to a refund or exchange under the Distance Selling Regulations or otherwise), after you have received your goods, you can return any products to us for a refund within 10 working days of receipt, provided you have your receipt/proof of purchase. Products must be un-used and sent in their original packaging.

All claims for breakage must be brought to our attention in writing within 5 days of receipt of the order.

In the event of non arrival of the package, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order and quote your reference number.
 

Burning instructions

In order to get the most out of your candle, it would be good to adhere to the following instructions and safety notes:

• When you light your candle, let it burn long enough to create a full wax pool on top of the candle. This takes about 3-4 hours depending on the scent and it helps the candle burn properly next time when it's lit and not to generate a tunnelling effect. Also it means that you are using all of the wax and the scent that is available for you making sure that the scent is as strong as it can be.

• Always trim the wick before lighting the candle. This can easily done with fingers by just nipping off the black top of the wick.

• Burn only on stable heat resistant surface.

• Keep from drafts.

• Do not burn candle when wax is less than 0.5cm from the bottom.

• Do not touch or move candle while burning or if wax is hot.

• Never leave candle burning unattended.

• Keep out of reach of children.
